The lady laughed at me when I asked if she had any decorative ladder pieces under four hundred and she explained that all her stuff on her show floor is Amish a wood and walked away. I mean, seriously, not even an attempt to show me a product or help me out. She was pompous and rude. I'd give zero stars if I could.
